Chef Dan has used his culinary expertise for over 25 years. As former Executive Chef for the Hearst Corporation in New York City and now a restaurateur in Nashville,Tennessee. Chef Dan has created Nonna’s Gourmet Foods to make marinara, spicy marinara (arrabiata) sauces and other gourmet foods for the sole purpose of raising money for children’s brain cancer research.
